Old Town Road hitmaker Lil Nas X has collaborated with streetwear brand MSCHF to launch a 'satan shoe' version of the Nike Air Max 97 trainers.
The controversial red and black shoe features satanic imagery including an inverted cross and a pentagram, and each model contains a drop of blood from MSCHF's design staff, prompting a mixed response on social media. Nike has reportedly filed a lawsuit against MSCHF as the sports brand was not involved in the design or release of the product, and the rapper has since released a spoof apology on YouTube, instead linking to his latest music video, for single Montero (Call Me by Your Name), which features him dancing with the devil.
